Elise is the owner of 1921. She started with a vision to serve others by providing planning and creative help using her talents and gifts. Elise has always been passionate about creating a space for life celebrations and enjoys meeting clients to create the perfect atmosphere for their event. On the day of the event, she oversees all projects herself and works with her team to bring it to life. Elise is always looking for others to join her team and help her in serving her clients.
Seth Hougesen
Owner | Crew Leader
Seth is one of the founders of 1921. He brought the idea to life on a napkin at a winery in Fredericksburg, Texas. He is passionate about caring for others and helping them achieve their dreams, just like he made Elise's dream come true.
Seth leads the logistics team for setting up and tearing down events. He is Elise's right-hand man and provides fresh perspectives when it comes to business. He likes to sprinkle in his creative ideas every now and then to enhance the team's efforts.

Meet Beau, a Labrador Retriever who may not be the best planner but is definitely a joy to come home to after a long day! You'll often find him dozing off during meetings, but he’s very good to all guests who come to our home.
